Thank you for supporting Pocket Lock-It! We appreciate your excitement as we prepare our first collection of products.
Preorders
Pocket Lock-It products are currently available for preorder and are not ready for immediate shipment.
When you place a preorder, you are reserving a product from our upcoming production batch.

Full payment is collected at checkout.

We aim to ship orders within approximately 2 weeks.

Our advertised shipping timeframe is within 30 calendar days of purchase.
Preorder Cancellations
You may cancel your preorder at any time before it ships and receive a full refund to your original payment method.
To request a cancellation, contact us at support@pocket-lockit.com with your order number.
Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be canceled. However, you may be eligible for a return or refund under our Refund Policy.
Production & Shipping Delays
As our products are currently in pre-production, unexpected delays may occur.
If we cannot ship your order within the advertised 30-day timeframe, we will notify you, provide an updated shipping estimate when available, and offer the option to cancel your order for a full refund.
Any required customer consent for a shipping extension will be obtained in accordance with applicable law. If we cannot obtain the necessary consent, we will cancel and refund the order.
Refund Processing
